Vitamin E is abundant in olives, making them one of the most potent antioxidants. They are good for the heart and protect against osteoporosis and cancer, according to studies. Salads, sandwiches, and sauces are the most common ways to eat olives. A typical olive weighs between three and five grams. When olives are mature, they become green and then black.
