Recipe for Watermelon Filled with Jello
Make some wonderful jello watermelon this summer. In a slice, it’s entertaining. On a hot summer day, we all know that every youngster, large or tiny, enjoys biting into a delicious piece of watermelon.

You’ll Require

Mini watermelon with no seeds
2 x 6 oz. cherry Jello mix (or any red/pink Jello flavor)
a body of water (boiled and cold)
Other Materials Required

Cup for measuring
Slicer, spoon, or ice cream scoop for watermelon
Water boils in a pot
Mixing bowl (large)
Whisk
Towels made of paper
Knife, large
In your refrigerator, leveled space (it’s a good idea to clear a space ahead of time:)

Directions
Cut the seedless small watermelon in half.
Remove the watermelon from the interior of the watermelon! Getting one of these watermelon slicers is a fantastic idea! The watermelon does not have to be thrown away. As always, have fun:)
Dry the inside of each watermelon half with paper towels.

In a large mixing bowl, prepare the two boxes of Jello mix according to the package guidelines (you’ll need 4 cups of boiling water and 4 cups of cold water).
Fill the hollowed-out watermelon halves with the prepared Jello mixture from the bowl.

Refrigerate the watermelon halves that have been filled with jello. Put some paper towels below them in case you spill anything (which I almost always do!).
Refrigerate the Jello-filled watermelon for at least 6 hours, or until it is totally firm.
Remove the watermelon from the stem and cut it into slices!NOTE: thick parts should be sliced! The jello will not hold up tall if the pieces are too thin (it will flop over).
