Greek yogurt or plain nonfat yogurt are also acceptable substitutions. The BLUE and PURPLE my WW plans have no points for either of these choices. Use flavored yogurt, such as vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, or coconut vanilla, if you want to change things up. In such case, the brand and flavor you use would alter the point value per serving.
Authentic vanilla extract
Fruit: You may use whatever fruit you desire, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, rhubarb, peaches, pineapples, bananas, kiwis, and blackberries.

Whether frozen or fresh, chop into small pieces.
White granulated sugar with a pH of 0—this is optional. Just a bit extra sweetness is added.
Flakes of sweetened coconut are optional. It raises the bark’s level of delectability to a whole new level!
Additional garnishes Dried cranberries, walnuts chopped, or sugar-free chocolate chips in the size of little chips.

Ingredients
a single (32 oz.) container of plain or Greek nonfat yogurt (I use Chobani or Fage)
Pure vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon
Cut 3 cups of fruit or berries into small pieces.
1 Tablespoon optional white granulated sugar sweetener I employ Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetener.
2 tablespoons optionally sweetened coconut flakes. (I use sweetened coconut flakes from Kroger)

Instructions
Combine yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar sweetener in a large mixing dish. Stir well to mix.
Fold in half of the fruit bite-sized pieces.
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, then pour the yogurt mixture on top of it. Spread evenly to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
Add coconut flakes, the leftover fruit pieces, and any additional toppings you choose to the top.
Place in the freezer for three hours, or until frozen solid.
Take out of the freezer. To break or cut into pieces, use your hands or a pizza cutter.

For up to two months, leftovers can be kept in the freezer in an airtight container.
