As you might guess, it has been challenging for me to keep away from desserts that are high in sugar and heavy in cream. This amazing red, white, and blue frozen yogurt bark is my first effort. Although it has a lot more sugar, this red, white, and blue cheesecake parfait dish is equally as patriotic. Oh, a girl’s dilemma.

I timed the creation of this incredibly patriotic frozen yogurt bark for this week. I combined everything, placed it in the refrigerator, and then got to work on a fantastic Kitchn recipe for french onion soup. Making it took around three hours, which is precisely the right length of time for frozen yogurt bark to harden.
Fresh raspberries and blueberries, white chocolate chips, and a delectable yogurt and honey concoction are all included in my recipe for this dessert bark. As you might have guessed, honey is my preferred sweetener.
Greek yogurt is one option for a replacement; I opted against changing the combo because I loved it so much. I cannot promise you won’t need to add additional sweetness because Greek yogurt is tarter and a little thicker.
Add some honey on top if it turns out a bit too sour; this should help.
It would be preferable to eat this with a piece of parchment paper wrapped around it or a damp towel nearby because the yogurt is virtually frozen. We also used bowls, forks, and knives, which left our hands cleaner.

Ingredients 3 cups yogurt without fat 50 ml of honey White chocolate chips, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 cup 1 cup of blueberries, fresh Instructions Blend the yogurt and honey together in a medium bowl. Fold the white chocolate chips in using a spatula. Use foil or parchment paper to line a cookie sheet. With your spatula, spread the yogurt mixture evenly around the baking sheet. Sprinkle the blueberries and raspberries evenly over the yogurt mixture.
Place in the freezer and cool for a minimum of two hours. To serve, break into big pieces. Keep on ice or in the freezer and serve chilled.
