MAKE THE SPICY CRAB ROLL IN STEP 3

1. Using kitchen scissors, cut the nori sheet in half. Half of a nori sheet should be placed on top of the bamboo mat, shiny side down.

2. Evenly spread seasoned sushi rice (about 3/4 cup) over nori.
