Recipe for Savory Artichoke Feta Quiche

Recipe for Savory Artichoke Feta Quiche

There’s no heavy dairy fat in this, just a slew of antioxidants.
Most quiches include an overabundance of heavy cream and cheese, as well as a trans-fat-laden crust. Sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and lean chicken sausage replace the hefty dosage of dairy fat in this quiche, which derives its flavor and substance from antioxidant-rich sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and lean chicken sausage.

It’s fantastic for breakfast, or you can serve it for supper with a little salad and a glass of red wine. If you double the recipe, you may include it in your weekly meal planning (it keeps well in the fridge).

Chicken Sausages al fresco

The nutritional value of store-bought sausages varies, with links ranging from 150 calories of primarily protein to 350 calories of unneeded fat. Al Fresco’s outstanding collection of sausages falls into the first category, with 13 grams of protein and 110 to 130 calories per sausage. These chicken sausages, like our quiche dish, have a lot of taste, so you won’t miss their higher-calorie companions. They come already cooked in a number of delicious flavors, ready to cut and add to scrambles, pastas, or stir-fries, or even fried whole with onions and peppers for a fantastic sandwich.
