In less than 30 minutes, you can enjoy this quick and delectable curried chicken meal with RiceSelect® Couscous.
1 cup uncooked RiceSelect® Couscous as ingredients Olive oil, 1 tbsp 2 pound of boneless, skinless, and cut-up chicken breast 1 (16 oz) frozen mixed veggies, including asparagus, carrots, and cauliflower 1 (15 oz) can of drained garbanzo beans Chicken broth split into 1 teaspoon, 1 3/4 cups (or to taste) palatable curry powder 1/2 tsp. cumin optional 1 teaspoon butter chopped parsley as a decoration
Instructions In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken; continue to toss and simmer for 6 to 9 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
Add the beans, curry, cumin, 3/4 cup broth, and the veggies. up to a boil. Reduce heat and let veggies boil for 8 minutes, or until tender. In the meantime, put 1 cup of broth and butter in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add couscous and stir. Remove from heat and cover. Wait for five minutes. Before serving, fluff with a fork and spoon onto dish. Add the chicken mixture on top and garnish with parsley.
