You may use ordinary yogurt or any flavor of your preference in place of the plain Greek yogurt. If you choose a sweetened variety, reduce or eliminate the honey.

Honey: To make honey simpler to whisk into the yogurt, use a less viscous, pourable kind.

Bittersweet chocolate – You may use milk, white, or any other sort of chocolate you choose, or you can just omit it altogether, but I have to admit that the chocolate is my favorite component.

Pecans—you may leave them whole or slice yours up.

I used strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries for the berries. Use any of your preferred berries that are in season.

Yogurt Bark: How to Make It
Prepare the yogurt and chocolate: In a bowl that can be used in the microwave, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals while stirring. Yogurt and honey should be well mixed.

Create the berry yogurt bark by lining a baking sheet with parchment or silpat. Over the sheet, evenly distribute the yogurt. Using a skewer or toothpick, add dollops of chocolate and swirl it into the yogurt. Add the berries and nuts equally, then freeze for two hours. Cut into bits and relish!
How to Keep Leftovers Safe
The pieces may be frozen for two months if they are kept in an airtight container. If you don’t store them quickly away after breaking them up, they’ll cling together and freeze. To savor them, take out a few pieces at once.

This will thaw back into a yogurt-like consistency in the refrigerator. That won’t be bark anymore, but it will still taste amazing with all those berries in it!
