Puff pastry cups with spinach and artichokes
Why do Christmas gatherings make me want to whip up every dish for an appetizer? I could live on delectable appetizers and forego the usual sit-down dinner. I’m constantly trying to come up with new methods to prepare the traditional appetizer recipes. This dish is a parody of the well-known spinach and artichoke dip, and quite frankly, I think it’s even better!

I share the general consensus that everyone adores spinach and artichoke dip. When you add three cheeses—Swiss, Cream, and Parmesan—to the delightful combo of spinach and artichokes, it becomes even better!

I adore the elegance that these puff pastry cups can provide to any dish, and they certainly look quite sophisticated. But I have to be honest—I got these entirely by accident, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise!

When I opened the package at home after collecting what I thought were standard puff pastry sheets, I was startled to discover these cups! I had no idea these existed.

The tops of these pastry cups really burst out after baking for 18 minutes.
