Ingredients
▢1 8.5 ounce box cornbread mix
▢1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
▢½ cup butter melted
▢1 egg
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢1 14 ounce can cream-style corn
▢1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
▢1-2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese 4-8 ounces

Instructions
Mix the cornbread mix, cream cheese, butter, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing basin until barely mixed.
Cheese and corn cans are combined by folding.
Put the mixture in a 2-quart dish that is flat.
Bake corn pudding at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set. A toothpick inserted should nearly completely disappear.
