SALTY AND SUGAR
The yogurt and berries’ sweetness and the toasted almonds’ subtle saltiness make this combo one of my favorites. It provides a bit extra in addition to satisfying the sweet desire. Therefore, if your taste senses are similar to mine, I do suggest trying it this way. Always choose for lightly salted almonds over conventionally roasted ones. Regular roasted are never something I buy since I find the salt content to be too excessive.

When I didn’t have almonds, I also tried this with crushed pecans. It tastes good.

Honey, vanilla extract, and plain greek yogurt should all be combined in a mixing dish. Mix thoroughly.

A 10 × 15-inch baking sheet is covered with parchment paper.
Yogurt should be evenly layered on the parchment paper.
Add berries and crumbled almonds on top.
Break apart, savor, and freeze!
FROYO ADVICE: To make frozen yogurt, place the yogurt and toppings in a rimmed baking dish of a comparable size (10″ x 15″), cover with parchment paper, and place in the freezer.

To make it simpler to consume, especially for kids, make sure the coating is smooth and even from edge to edge as it thaws. The more substantial the better because you don’t want it to defrost too rapidly!

Allow to freeze for no less than three hours. Make the night before, then eat for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack.
