VEGAN CHOCOLATE TOFU PUDDING IN MINUTES

This Vegan Chocolate Tofu Pudding is created with only a few ingredients, is high in protein, and takes only around 5 minutes to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. organic silken tofu
a third cup of cacao powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup + 1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon coffee (instant)
vanilla extract (two tablespoons)
1 teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process on HIGH until smooth and creamy pudding-like texture is achieved.
Refrigerate for up to four days in an airtight container. After the first day, the pudding will get a bit wet on top, but that’s fine. Just combine everything before serving!
