Olives are one of the most popular ingredients in Mediterranean cuisine. You can often find them on vegetarian pizza, in healthy Greek salads or in delicious appetizers. Also go very well with fish dishes and stews. They are up to four centimeters high, triangular or round, black or green – and it is impossible to imagine Mediterranean cuisine without them. They are also one of the oldest groceries in the world.Although lettuce is a side dish suitable for many dishes, unfortunately, it is too little taken into account. However, great salads can be prepared quickly and easily from fragrant green leaves. On this page you will find the basic recipe for a combination of different types of lettuce.
