Ingredients
2 slices of any sort of bread
Unsalted butter, two teaspoons
2 eggs
Pitted, scooped, and mashed one avocado into a small basin.
1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
pepper and salt as desired

Instructions
Toast the bread in the toaster until it reaches the desired amount of doneness.
Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat while the bread is browning.
When the whites are set but the yolk is still liquid, crack eggs into a pan and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Spread an equal layer of mashed avocado between two slices of toast. Fry an egg and place it on top of each slice, then add tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve right away.
