Black pepper stimulates taste receptors and stimulates the secretion of gastric acid, thus having a beneficial effect on digestion. In addition, pepper has antibacterial properties that prevent the occurrence of intestinal diseases caused by bacteria.
In addition to improving the taste and stimulating digestion, black pepper acts as a stimulant when it comes to appetite. Therefore, this spice can be said to be an excellent natural remedy for people who have a reduced appetite.
Although it improves appetite, black pepper can help you lose weight. Black pepper contains phytonutrients that help break down fat cells. A scientific study conducted in 2010 showed that black pepper prevents the accumulation of fat. It also helps speed up your metabolism, so you will burn more calories. As it also has diuretic properties, black pepper stimulates the excretion of toxins from the body.

Black pepper is useful for reducing bloating. If you have a problem with gas, instead of red pepper, season the dishes with black pepper. If you have trouble digesting food and feel heaviness in your stomach, drink a glass of buttermilk to which you have added ¼ a teaspoon of ground black pepper and ¼ a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Garlic powder is crushed garlic that has all the characteristics and aroma of fresh garlic. Its use is diverse: it is used as a spice in the preparation of cold dishes, such as salad dressing, mayonnaise, steak and the like. In addition to garlic, it also contains a small percentage of celery and sulfites.

Garlic is one of the oldest known herbs with healing properties. It has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve the heart muscle’s oxygen supply, strengthen intestinal musculature, and improve intestinal peristalsis. Prevents arteriosclerosis, helps with lead poisoning, improves immunity, contains vitamins C, A and B1, essential oils and iodine.
