Quick pâté of mackerel

Ingredients

240g bag of smoked mackerel fillets with pepper (skin removed)
One lemon’s juice and zest
1 tablespoon of drain capers
Philadelphia 180g unflavored cream cheese
12 bundle of fresh dill or parsley
2 tablespoons horseradish cream
Eight pieces of sourdough toast

Method
Blend the mackerel fillets with the lemon juice and zest, capers, cream cheese, parsley or dill, and creamed horseradish in a food processor. Scrape into a serving dish after flavoring and seasoning.
Add additional chopped herbs, lemon zest, and black pepper to taste. Serve each individual 2 pieces of sourdough bread.
