Lemonade with peaches and strawberries

Sweet summer strawberries, luscious ripe peaches, and less added sugar than store-bought lemonades go into this Peach Strawberry Lemonade. This tangy, sweet, and delicious homemade lemonade is a must-have during the hot summer months, and it’s simple to make a large pitcher of it.

Lemonade with strawberries
My favorite method to combat the summer heat is to drink a large glass of this delicious strawberry lemonade. This wonderful homemade fruity lemonade is created with fresh pureed peaches and strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and minimal quantities of sugar, and is loved by both kids and adults.

This wonderful strawberry lemonade is best made in big amounts and served immediately or kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Homemade Peach Strawberry Lemonade Ingredients

Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Lemon juice concentrate is not something I endorse. We want to utilize fresh lemon juice because we’re creating fresh lemonade. It will taste better and, sure, will be much more fresh.

Peaches and strawberries are in the same boat. Although there’s nothing wrong with using frozen peaches or strawberries, frozen fruit will result in a lemonade that is less crisp and clear. As a result, it will most likely appear hazy from a visual standpoint. It’s OK if this doesn’t bother you, or if frozen peaches and strawberries are all that’s available.

Peach Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
Gather some seasonal fruit that is fresh and ripe. I used peaches and strawberries in this lemonade, but you may use just strawberries or just peaches.
In a blender or food processor, purée the fruit into big pieces.
To remove any uncooked fragments of skin or seeds, strain the fruit purée through a fine-mesh strainer.
Make the simple syrup first.
In a big pitcher with ice, combine all of the ingredients.
Toss in the garnishes.

Despite the fact that there are multiple steps to producing your own fresh lemonade, they are exceedingly simple and require very little time. After all, the prize is a huge pitcher of strawberry peach lemonade, so it’s well worth it.

Recipe Modifications and Suggestions
This dish may be made in a variety of ways to make it unique and distinct.

Add a splash of soda to each glass of lemonade—soda water, ginger ale, or lemon-lime soda are all good options.
Add some booze to the mix. My top choices would be hard cider, champagne, rosé, or rum.
To make the drink sweeter, add extra sugar.

To give it a more fruity flavor, make a flavored simple syrup.
Replace one of the herbs with another. Truth be told, I planned to garnish with basil, but my plant perished due to the summer heat. My second option was mint.
Make POPSICLES out of them.
Experiment with different fruits. Peaches are only available for a few months of the year, so if you can’t find any, try raspberries or cherries, which are more seasonal.

Lemonade with peaches and strawberries

This Peach and Strawberry Lemonade Recipe is created with fresh pureed peaches and strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and minimal quantities of sugar, and is loved by both kids and adults.

INGREDIENTS

To make the Peach Strawberry Puree, combine the peaches and strawberries in a blender.
4 peaches, ripe and cut into big bits
2 cups fresh strawberries, halved and stalks removed
1 quart of water
Simple Syrup Made at Home
12 cup of water
14 cup sugar, granulated
Lemonade with peaches and strawberries
Ice
12 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 to 8 cups ice cold water
strawberries, chopped – to serve as a garnish
Peaches, cut – to serve as a garnish
Lemon wedges – to serve as a garnish
Mint is used as a garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the Peach Strawberry Puree, combine the peaches and strawberries in a blender.
In the bowl of a large blender or food processor, purée the peaches, strawberries, and water until smooth.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the pureed peach and strawberries into a large mixing dish. Push the puree around and through the sieve with a spoon (see notes). Remove any residual crumbs from the sieve and set the bowl aside.
For the Simple Syrup (Homemade)
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and water. Stir occasionally while the mixture comes to a low boil. Allow to boil for 3 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened to a syrupy consistency. Allow to cool before serving.
To make lemonade

Fill a big pitcher halfway with ice. Combine the lemon juice, peach and strawberry puree, and simple syrup in a mixing bowl. To blend, whisk everything together thoroughly. Fill with water (about 6-8 cups) and mix thoroughly. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve in glasses with ice and preferred garnishes when ready to serve. Enjoy!
NOTES
In my Vitamix, I pureed the fruits. I didn’t have any remaining seeds or skin in the sieve since this blender mixes so nicely. If this is you, don’t worry; you’ve done nothing wrong.
