Lava Cakes with dark chocolate

Delightfully light dark chocolate cakes with a gooey, oozy center!
Because chocolate cake is a classic for a reason, I was compelled to try the dark chocolate version after making the raspberry white chocolate lava cakes. This recipe simply calls for 5 simple ingredients, including a bar of dark chocolate, butter, sugar, flour, and eggs. Basically, all you have to do is combine the remaining ingredients with the melted chocolate, spoon the mixture into ramekins, and bake! It’s that simple! These dark chocolate lava cakes will wow that special someone in your life on Valentine’s Day or any other time you want to be extraordinary!

Ingredients
100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) of dark chocolate
1 stick and half of butter
One sugar cup
flour, 6 tablespoons (rice flour for gluten-free)
4 eggs

Directions

Remove from heat and stir in sugar, flour, and eggs after melting the chocolate in the butter.
Before letting cool for one minute, running a knife around the outside, inverting and sliding out onto a plate to enjoy while still hot, divide the batter between 3-4 buttered ramekins. Bake in a preheated 425F/220C oven until the sides are lightly golden brown and the middle of the top jiggles just a little, about 10-13 minutes.
Preparing the batter before supper will help them bake when they’re ready.
