Each of these savory chicken snacks is encased in a puff pastry shell that has been cooked until it is crisp and buttery. It’s simple, fast, and really tasty!

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil,

1 cup shredded chicken,

4 ounces chopped mushrooms,

2 tablespoons mayonnaise,

1/4 teaspoon salt,

1/8 teaspoon black pepper,

1 cup shredded mozzarella,

1 garlic clove,

2 packages puff pastry shells, and 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Instructions
Chop and saute the mushrooms.
