Jello Mousse with a High Protein Content

This Keto Jello Mousse is a low-carb dessert that just requires a few simple ingredients. It’ll quickly become a go-to dessert for when you simply have to have a keto dessert.

Protein-Dense Mousse de Jello
WHY IS PROTEIN SO IMPORTANT? WORKS WITH JELLO MOUSSE
Protein-dense. I’ve been craving sweets recently, which is a dangerous path for me to go. But it’s also time to make some healthy goodies, so I decided to attempt this quick and easy recipe. For 20 grams of protein, that’s not terrible!

Calorie count is low. In that regard, it’s far superior to a protein bar and has far less calories. During the soft food and full liquids stage of sleeve surgery recovery, it would also make a nice snack or dinner.
Variety. What I like about it is that I can use a variety of Jello flavors and they all turn out great. A snapshot of a sugar-free cherry Jello recipe is shown above. To make a creamsicle-like flavor, I use orange jello.
Switch things up a little. Use any sugar-free jello that your family like.

Allow them to set before serving.
CAN I EAT JELLO WITHOUT SUGAR ON THE KETO DIET?
While some individuals prefer to avoid artificially sweetened meals and beverages while on the Keto diet, I appreciate having these alternatives. You can find a list of the best Keto sweeteners (along with which ones to avoid) in this post I published on the subject HERE.

IS IT PERMITTED TO EAT WHIPPED CREAM ON THE KETO DIET?
While store-bought whipped creams like Cool Whip are high in sugar, you can create your own delicious Keto-friendly whipped cream at home.

To make your own Keto-friendly whipped cream, just whisk heavy whipping cream (HWC) until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.

You may add a pinch of powdered Swerve to taste before mixing if you want it to be sweeter.

This is a fantastic addition to Keto Cakes and Keto Coffee beverages.

Patience is required while making this high-protein JELLO MOUSSE. The most essential thing to remember while making this jello mousse recipe is to take your time and make sure the gelatin is thoroughly dissolved in the water before beginning. If you don’t do this, your mousse will have granules, which is not a good thing.

Whisk. To aerate this mousse as much as possible, use a flat silicone whisk or a hand blender.
Variety.
Blend. To aerate the dessert and get a light, airy, mousse-like texture, blend for a long period.
