IN THE EVENING CHIA YOGURT

You’re looking at probably the world’s healthiest breakfast when served as I do with citrus pieces and wheat germ.

Simply whisk the seeds into the yogurt, top with some honey or vanilla extract if you’d like, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. The seeds will swell up and produce a texture that is quite similar to tapioca.

Along with a dosage of protein, omega 3s, and vitamins, you may anticipate feeling fuller and gaining energy. With this overnight chia yogurt, the texture is everything; I can’t taste a thing.

TIP: Too many seeds can cause the yogurt to thicken excessively, so exercise caution when adding them. If you use Greek yogurt, which is already thick, this is especially true.
