For some of us, the Christmas season means celebrating, spending time with loved ones, and traveling. Is there anything worse than being hungry at the airport?! Okay, so your flight was delayed, you misplaced your bags, and so on.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
I sauté frozen brussel sprouts for 10 minutes to thaw them out before seasoning.
I used 1 tbsp olive oil and Primal Palate Adobo spice to season.

Breakfast Preparation:

Boil a saucepan of water, then add two eggs after the water has reached a boil.
Set the timer for 7 minutes, then take the chicken from the water and place it in an ice bath.
Tomatoes, brussel sprouts, and avocado are all great additions!
Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top.

Notes I’ll store these meals in the fridge for 2-3 days.
