Baked feta with mushroom and spinach is a creamy pasta dish that will have you going in for seconds. Tiktok baked feta pasta is an Easy weeknight meal and a great alternative to alfredo sauce.
I had to do it. I made the TikTok famous baked feta pasta. Now I don’t love tomatoes so I decided to add a few more ingredients to make it a more hearty dinner. I did my own spin on it adding mushrooms and spinach. Let me tell you this might have been the best pasta I have ever made… and I’ve made a lot of pasta.
Baked Feta Pasta with mushrooms and spinach
This pasta dish first went viral on TikTok. Essentially the original recipe just combines olive oil, cherry tomatoes, garlic and feta cheese. Baked in a dish and tossed with pasta. I am not the biggest fan of tomatoes and wanted the pasta a bit more filling for dinner.
I decided to add in other vegetables like shallots, mushrooms and spinach. This is going to my new go to recipe for pasta any night of the week. I can wait to try other variations.

Which Feta cheese should I use?
Make sure to use a block of Feta. If you use crumbled feta it won’t melt as well. I used the Trader Joe’s authentic greek sheep’s milk feta in brine. Make sure you are getting a good quality feta.

Garlic is always useful and is often recommended by experts for boosting immunity and for a number of other health benefits. Scientists have found that eating garlic on an empty stomach increases its effectiveness as a natural antibiotic. This is because bacteria are readily available when there is a lack of food in the stomach and can not protect themselves from the “terrible garlic”. Of course, before you start eating garlic on an empty stomach, you need to make sure you do not have stomach problems. Garlic contains about 400 active substances, is rich in vitamins and minerals: adenosine, allicin, amino acids, fiber, vegetable fats, vitamin A, vitamin B1 and B2, vitamin C, iron, enzymes, essential oils, iodine, potassium, calcium, selenium, sulfur and phosphorus. Garlic has disinfectant, antibacterial and fungicidal activities that are often better than those of the best antibiotics. The most important ingredient in garlic is achoinite, which has a better effect than aspirin. With regular use, garlic stimulates circulation and facilitates blood flow, lowers high blood pressure and blood fats, and protects against heart disease. It is also great as an antioxidant.
