Ingredients of Apple Porridge with Banana
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon low fat butter
1 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup cubed apple
4 tablespoon washed & dried broken wheat (dalia)
1 cup sliced banana
1 dash cinnamon
4 tablespoon rolled oats
How to make Apple Porridge with Banana
Step 1
To make this delicious porridge recipe, add butter in a pressure cooker placed over low heat. When the butter melts and is hot enough, add broken wheat to the cooker and saute for a minute. Keep the flame to low.

Now, put in rolled oats and saute them for 2 minutes.

Then, pour milk and a cup of water. Stir the mixture and close the cooker with the lid. Pressure cook the mixture to 2 whistles.
