Or you might simply leave it the way it is since it tastes so good. When you need a fast and simple meal, this dish is a terrific way to use up any leftover ham from the holidays.

HOW DO YOU MAKE IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE?
An impossible quiche, commonly referred to as a crustless quiche, has no pastry crust. It doesn’t need a base because before baking, a small amount of flour is added to the batter, which separates and sinks to the bottom to make a light crust like magic!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PREPARE CRUSTLESS HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE AND REHEAT?
Definitely. One of those meals is quiche, which reheats well the next day. Although you can also zap it in the microwave, I personally like to reheat it in the oven.

For up to three days, quiche can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

CAN QUICHE BE FREEZED?
Absolutely. Quiche freezes really effectively. Simply keep it in the freezer for up to two months in an airtight container.

ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE

You don’t have to cook the onion before adding it to the mixture, but I usually feel that it adds flavor and is worth the extra cleanup!

Feel free to use some vegetables in the quiche; shredded zucchini or finely chopped bell or chili peppers would be delicious!
In addition, you may use bacon in this quiche in place of the ham. The onion and bacon should simply be fried together before being added to the remaining ingredients.
