Onions are most often used in salads and various dishes, but are often used as medicine and for some tricks around the house. Onion is an effective natural remedy because it contains antiseptic and antibiotic agents, due to its high sulfur content.
It also helps your body fight free radicals that cause chronic diseases such as cancer.
Onions can boost your immunity, prevent nausea, treat respiratory ailments, and help treat diabetes, heart problems, cholesterol, and arthritis.
