2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (Fresh)
2 tsp. white wine 3 Whole Chipotles in Adobo Sauce Vinegar For a hotter taste, add additional adobo.
4 garlic cloves
Oregano, 2 tblsp.
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
Pork Tenderloins, 1/2 Red Onion 32 oz Pork Tenderloins, 1/2 Red Onion Pork Tenderloins, 1/2 Red Onion Pork Tenderloins, Tenderloins, entire, 1–1/2 pound apiece

Instructions

Puree all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Place the tenderloins in a zip lock bag with the adobo marinade and coat evenly, eliminating as much air as possible. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours before serving.
Optional: Set aside a tiny portion of the marinade before placing the pork in a separate container to pour over the pig once it has finished cooking.

Remove the marinated pork from the refrigerator one hour before cooking.
Begin grilling with your favorite method.
