Garlic- Enhances the bland taste. Flour- Acts as a thickener. Parmesan cheese- Though we used grated cheese, you can grate fresh cheese for better results. Salt and pepper- Season the sauce to taste. In a large skillet or saucepan, over low/med heat, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until garlic becomes fragrant. Whisk together the heavy whipping cream and flour. Stir in the milk and heavy whipping cream/flour into the butter and garlic. Add the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
