This delicious and yogurt fruit dip consists of only 4 ingredients, and you’ve guessed it, the main one is yogurt. All you need after that is some maple syrup and heavy cream and you’ll have yourself a treat that tastes like it’s truly sinful, when it actually isn’t too bad for your waistline. That’s when eaten in moderation of course.
HEALTHY YOGURT FRUIT DIP

INGREDIENTS
1/5 cup heavy cream
5 tbsp maple syrup
1/5 cup plain greek yogurt
1/5 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Whip heavy cream and maple syrup until thick and creamy
Add greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix on low until smooth, creamy and well combined.
Serve with sliced fruit or graham crackers
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
