Bananas have a high caloric value, but a small percentage of fat. This fruit contains a solid amount of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are necessary for maintaining good health.
Banana pulp is composed of soft meat that is easy to digest, with simple sugars, such as fructose and sucrose, which as soon as eaten immediately raise energy levels and instantly revitalize the body.
