We are all aware of how crucial and essential it is to eat as many different kinds of fruit each day. Fruit is a great source of many vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals, and other nutrients. But since it contains so much water, it frequently degrades rapidly. Because of this, man has been able to slow down and stop this process for many thousands of years, and he did so by drying.
