Recipe makes 10 Servings

6 Lb pork belly

5 Tbsp Montana Mex Avocado Oil

6 Tbsp Adams Reserve Chipotle Five Spice Rub

6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

15 Oz Fischer and Wieser Charred Peach Bourbon Sauce

1.Preheat oven to 500ºF.
2.Rub pork with avocado oil and season with chipotle five spice rub.
4.Lower oven temperature to 275ºF and bake additional 2 hours.
5.Using a brush, or spoon, coat pork belly with butter and charred peach bourbon sauce. Use tongs to flip pork belly and coat bottom with sauce as well.
7.Chef’s Note: Serve pork with left over sauce.
