Caesar Salad Recipe

A perfect Caesar salad tastes even better when paired with the perfect Caesar salad dressing. And this recipe is so rich and refreshing, you will leave your guests wondering about that secret ingredient!

INGREDIENTS
‎1 cup American Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing
‎2 tsp olive oil
‎2 roman lettuce hearts, rinsed and chopped
‎20 cherry tomatoes, halved‎
‎200g parmesan cheese, sliced‎
‎¼ tsp salt‎
‎¼ tsp black pepper‎
To prepare the croutons:‎
‎4 slices ciabatta bread‎
‎2 tbsp butter‎
‎½ tsp garlic powder‎
‎¼ tsp oregano‎
PREPARATION
‎1-‎ Season ciabatta bread slices with garlic and oregano.‎
‎2-‎ Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and fry bread slices until golden from both sides.‎
‎3-‎ Place lettuce in a large serving dish. Add ciabatta bread slices. Top with cherry tomatoes and ‎garnish with parmesan slices. ‎
‎4-‎ In a small bowl, combine American Garden creamy Caesar dressing with olive oil, salt and ‎pepper.‎
‎5-‎ Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.‎
