Preparation of biscuit mixture, banana and similar sour cream

1-2 bananas
Lemon juice
Caramel sauce *
* You can use ready-made cans or jars, and you can make it yourself according to the recipe on my blog.

For biscuit base:

115 g of oat or integral biscuits of your choice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
55 g butter

For white cream:
2.5 dl sweet sour cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

The process of filling glasses

Biscuit mixture:
Chop the oatmeal or integral biscuits with brown sugar.
Add butter and make crumbs,
Stacking procedure:
At the bottom of each cup put a spoonful of two biscuit mixture.
Apply a portion of caramel sauce.
Arrange the banana rings.
TIP: Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice to keep them from darkening.
Whisk in the sweet sour cream, then add the powdered sugar and mix gently. Fill the dressing bag and squeeze the whipped cream over the bananas.
Repeat the process once more to fill the glasses.
Cool the dessert well, decorate with pieces of biscuits and bananas, sprinkle with grated chocolate, serve and enjoy.
