Recipe
1 pound of lamb, ground
1/ 2 cup finely shredded fig salami with pistachios and aleppo pepper
Sea salt, 1 teaspoon
A half-scoop of Aleppo pepper
1/ 2 teaspoon of oregano, ground
12 teaspoon shredded cumin, 2 grated cloves of garlic, 1 glove
Eleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, two teaspoons
1 cup of Dip with Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper
For garnish, use 1/ 2 teaspoon crushed. flakes of smoked chili
sea salt sprinkled with smoked paprika
garnish with fresh mint

THEORY STEP 1
Set the oven’s temperature to 400F. If you have a roast setting, use it.
