WHAT IS A PUDDING SALAD?
A pudding salad is pretty much pudding mixed with milk or cream mixed with various mix-ins such as fruits, nuts, marshmallows, candy, etc.

It is an easy to make “salad” that has been around for ages, I remember having pudding salad as a kid, it was one of those old traditional recipes that we always used to make.

HOW TO MAKE TROPICAL FRUIT PUDDING SALAD, STEP BY STEP:
In a small bowl, whisk together the instant pudding and cream, set aside.
In a large bowl, add the fruit. Fold in the pudding and mix until combined. Serve immediately.
See, this is such an easy recipe, literally only two steps, I mean who wouldn’t love a pudding salad recipe hat is this simple!

You can also chill this salad before serving, this will thicken the salad a little bit as well if you want a thicker salad too.

WHAT KIND OF FRUIT CAN I USE?
Since this is a Tropical Fruit Pudding Salad we went more toward the tropical fruits, but you can pretty much make this with any fruit mixture you like.

The fruits we used in this salad itself are pineapple, mango, kiwi and blueberries, some other fruit you can use includes:

Bananas
Strawberries
Raspberries
Peaches
Grapes
Whatever fruit combination that you like you can use for this salad. The pudding mixture is basic and can be used for various different flavors.
HOW TO STORE:
This salad can be stored covered tightly with Saran Wrap or in an airtight container for about 24 hurt. The acid in the fruit will breakdown the salad slightly and make it watery.

So we do not recommend making a long time in advance, serve as immediately as possible.
