Naturally sweetened with strawberries and banana, this oatmeal for one is full of flavor but not overly sweet. If you like it sweeter, you can top it with a little chia jam or maple syrup.

Strawberry Banana Oatmeal
Feel free to use what you have in the house and your imagination for the toppings. Here I used strawberry chia jam, almonds, raspberries and strawberries. You van also use the other half of the banana and your favorite berries or fruit. A little chopped chocolate will just bring that extra bit of luxury to your breakfast bowl.

Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, watching so it doesn’t spill over. (Microwave times will vary depending on wattage.)

Stir and let sit for 1 minute. If you think it is too thick, simply add a little more almond milk and stir in. Top with your favorite fruit, berries or chia jam and enjoy!
