If you’ve never tried a smoothie bowl, it’s a great, creamy smoothie that is thicker so you can eat it with a spoon rather than a straw, more like yogurt. However, if you’d want to drink it, you may make it more liquid by adding extra milk!

You may use any milk that fits within your diet, including cow, almond, soy, oat, coconut, and milk.

HOW TO MAKE SMOOTHIE BOWLS WITH CERTAIN FRUIT
For this smoothie bowl, we’ve included some of our favorite berries, but you may use different fruits instead.

Choose frozen fruit over fresh fruit to keep the texture thicker (you can freeze fresh fruit, but frozen fruit works better!)

Recipe for Triple Berry Smoothie Bowls: scrumptious smoothie bowls full of berries and nutritious ingredients to jumpstart your day!

FOR THE BOWL INGREDIENTS
1 cup of berries, frozen
one banana, frozen
1/2 cup of almond milk
2-tablespoon hemp hearts
For the garnishes (optional)
Fresh berries mixed in
Hemp hearts in granola
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all of the bowl’s ingredients in a blender or food processor.
This should be fairly thick. Blend until smooth.
If it is too thick and not mixing well, add extra liquid.
Enjoy adding your preferred toppings!
