Puff Pastry Bites With Brie & Jam

That jam was so incredible, I can’t quit thinking about it!

They’re such a sweet little delicacy, and I like the thought of pairing them with a dry champagne for breakfast.

The Brie is creamy, the jam is tangy and sweet, and the puff pastry is warm and buttery. You could bite into them straight away or use a knife and fork to taste them; I have to admit, I want to relish each and every bite!

Puff Pastry Bites With Brie & Jam
To use crescent dough for the puff pastry shells in a recipe, see the notes.

6 frozen puff pastry shells
6 tbsp of brie, cut into

1-tbsp portions
6 teaspoons blueberry jam candied pecans, optional garnish

the oven to 425 degrees.
As directed on the packaging, place the puff pastry shells on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
Until golden brown, bake for 18 minutes.
As directed on the packaging, remove the “lids.” The puff pastry shells should be tucked back into the upside-down cover. (The cheese gets raised as a result.)
Each shell should contain brie, followed by jam and pecans as garnish.
Serve right away.

NOTES Using crescent rolls:
As directed on the packaging, preheat the oven.
Cut small squares, fill them with brie and jam, and then fold the edges to form a tiny box.
Place in small muffin tray and bake as directed on the packaging or until golden.
Allow the bites to cool for three to five minutes before serving.
