BUT THEN I was watching some baking competition with children, and one of the kiddos made a creamsicle flavored macaroon. And I was like I gotta make something creamsicle flavored PRONTO! And then it came to me… orange creamsicle chia seed pudding. It really does taste like the real thing, except its 100 times healthier, and so so easy to make.
