Mmmm… Greek yogurt with vanilla bean and only 5 ingredients! Rich, creamy, velvety, velvety-smooth, and flavored with vanilla… You wouldn’t even realize it was healthier than store-bought alternatives in terms of calories, fat, and protein. Not to mention, this dish contains zero preservatives, no artificial food flavors, and zero extra sugar.

Like, hot, between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Frozen yogurt in October is therefore very normal to me (and seemingly everyone else on campus who strolls around in shorts and tank tops while carrying little to-go bowls of ice cream). But I would still eat this fro yo even if it was below zero outdoors. And that’s not at all strange. especially considering how sneakily nutritious it is produced!

Vanilla Bean Greek Frozen Yogurt is a creamy, sweet, and soothing pleasure.

Greek yogurt with Vanilla Bean that is healthy

Smooth, creamy, soft, rich, and flavored with vanilla, this healthy vanilla bean Greek frozen yogurt only calls for five ingredients. This recipe contains no added sugar, no synthetic food flavors, and no preservatives at all.
Ingredients

16 ounces of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt,

32 ounces 2 teaspoons of vanilla creme-flavored stevia extract,

1 teaspoon of vanilla paste, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

INSTRUCTIONS
Freeze the bowl of your ice cream machine for at least 24 hours.
Combine the yogurt, half-and-half, stevia, vanilla paste, and salt in a blender. Until smooth, blend.
Turn on the “stir” speed on the stand mixer before attaching the frozen ice cream maker. Blend the ice cream ingredients in the ice cream maker until it has the consistency of soft serve.

Put the ice cream in a container that can be frozen. Cover and freeze for around 3 to 5 hours, depending on your preferred texture. Serve with fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are all excellent when cut into slices), fresh mint, micro dark chocolate chips, granola, homemade sugar-free strawberry syrup, or my personal favorite, natural rainbow sprinkles!
