How to Make Creamed Spinach: What Spinach to Use?
Use either fresh or frozen food. Personally, I like using fresh baby spinach because it cooks quickly and has a milder flavor.

And this is how you do it:

Olive oil is heated in a nonstick skillet, then onion and garlic are cooked until tender. Cook the spinach for 2 to 3 minutes after adding. Greek yogurt and fresh dill are added after the heat has been turned off. The end of that.

Serve it with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice on top if you want to eat it like a Greek. Considering that we enjoy adding lemon to virtually everything, but not Tzatziki (and I will mention that every chance I get). But also because it enhances the somewhat sour flavor of the Greek yogurt, giving it a pleasant flavor boost. After all, I recall we were talking about detox.

What will you be making for New Year’s Dinner, by the way? I was considering slow-cooked lamb or maybe continuing the detox with a nutritious stew made with lamb. I’ll consider it.
