Dead Easy Chicken Casserole
This easy one-pan chicken casserole is perfect for the whole family.
4 large chicken breast fillet, cubed
7 cups mixed vegetables, peeled and diced
450g canned cream of chicken soup
4 cup plain flour
3 pinch salt and pepper
2 tbs oil
Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of oil.
Place in a casserole dish and add vegetables. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven.
Stir after 30 minutes and cook for another 20 – 30 minutes.

I usually just put pepper and salt in the seasoned flour but sometimes I spice it up a bit with chilli flakes or hot paprika.

Each olive oil contains about 120 calories per tablespoon. If stored properly, an unopened bottle can last for two years from the date of filling. An open bottle is recommended to be consumed in 2 months.
