Sunflower oil, olive, palm, coconut, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, beet, almond, avocado, pistachio oil… No vegetable oil contains cholesterol and all contain vitamin E. But still they all have different characteristics – positive and negative. We will now talk about olive oil!
As the name suggests, this oil is made from olives, by squeezing whole fruits. Depending on the quality of the olives and the way they are squeezed, there are different types of olive oil.
It is most often used in food, and it is not uncommon to use it in cosmetics and pharmacy, and as a fuel for traditional lamps.
In the diet it is best to consume without any processing, to use all the components. However, it is a great choice for any other food preparation.
Contains vitamins E, D, A and K, unsaturated and saturated fatty acids, the most important of which is Omega-3.
B vitamins, on the other hand, have a positive effect on the nervous system and convert carbohydrates and proteins into bodily energy. They are important for hair and eye care, improve the work of the stomach and intestines, maintain body weight and help create red blood cells.
Omega-3 fatty acids protect the cardiovascular system and help reduce the risk of depression, dementia and arthritis.
If refrigerated, the quality olive oil thickens and becomes cloudy. When placed at room temperature it becomes liquid and clear again.
Each olive oil contains about 120 calories per tablespoon. If stored properly, an unopened bottle can last for two years from the date of filling. An open bottle is recommended to be consumed in 2 months.

It is nutritionally poorer than dark flour, but has excellent technological properties for kneading and baking.  It is nutritionally richer than white flour due to the higher content of ingredients that come from the outside of the grain.
Black wheat flour (type 1100 and type 1600) is nutritionally high quality flour, due to the high content of vitamins, minerals and especially dietary fiber. It is used in households for the preparation of various dough products (bread, pastries …). Black flour bread has a wavy environment, full flavor and retains its freshness longer than white bread.
Whole wheat flour contains all parts of the cleaned and ground wheat grains, including the husk and husk. It is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, contains a higher percentage of protein than white flour. It is marketed under the names Graham Flour or Whole Wheat Flour. Whole grain bread is full of flavor, compact and coarse in structure, so it is often mixed with white or semi-white wheat flour.
