Brie Bites: A Recipe
There are only a few ingredients and it’s easy to prepare these cranberry pecan brie bites. Throughout the Christmas season, you’ll want to cook this tried-and-true recipe often.

Set the oven at 375 degrees and prepare the crescent dough. Roll out the crescent dough and crimp the seams on a floured surface.

Pecans should go on the bottom, followed by brie that has been sliced into thin slices and pressed on top. Add some cranberries on the top.
Add a rosemary sprig and some walnuts as garnish.

In a package with brie, cranberry sauce, and crescent rolls are Fisher pecans.
Making Pecan Toast
These cranberry pecan brie nibbles had too many pecans for my taste! Pecans are sprinkled on top of the top layer after being concealed on the bottom layer. Here is a method with step-by-step instructions that you can use to give your pecans a more roasted flavor. It only takes a few minutes.

Preheating: Set your oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter: Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop in a small pot.
Coat the pecans evenly with the melted butter.
On a baking sheet, spread:

On a non-stick cookie sheet, arrange the butter-coated pecans in a single layer.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven, then keep a close eye on the nuts while they toast.

Toss: While the pecans are toasting, toss them once or twice. This makes toasting uniform.

Keep on baking: The pecans should be crunchy and fragrant after toasting. It normally takes 10 to 15 minutes to do this.
