Bowl of Strawberry Smoothie

A balanced dessert or a fruit-based breakfast dish. Smoothie made with strawberries and bananas and coconut milk, served with more fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, granola, or anyway you prefer it:-). To make your smoothie bowl thicker and strong enough to hold your toppings, add additional frozen fruit. With a filling breakfast bowl, start the day!

components for one serving:

1 cup frozen strawberries
one banana
50 ml of coconut milk (from a can)
Peel the banana and stem the strawberries.

All ingredients should be placed in a blender bowl and processed until totally smooth and thick. Pour into a bowl, then top with chosen toppings.

As a garnish:

Sliced chia seeds, granola, almonds, grains, coconut flakes, fresh strawberries and bananas, etc.
