Avocado Salsa with Grilled Salmon

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
paprika, 1 teaspoon
4 fillets of salmon

1/4 red onion 2 avocados
1 lime, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 and a half tablespoons of salt

chopped cilantro as a garnish

Combine the oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large mixing basin. Refrigerate the salmon fillets for 30 minutes after coating them with the marinade.
On a high heat, grill the salmon for two minutes on each side on an 11 inch (28 cm) griddle pan.
Toss avocados, 14 red onion, one lime’s juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and salt to taste in a separate bowl.
Serve the cooked salmon with avocado salsa on top. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
