When it came to making this incredible acai smoothie bowl, I actually discovered a chart online that was quite useful. I just required some kind of liquid (it could be juice, milk, or water), frozen berries, a frozen banana, yogurt, and ice, according to the instructions. Oh, and the package of acai. I adore having the freedom to chose whatever suits my mood!

I chose Welch’s 100% grape juice as my beverage because it is non-GMO and I didn’t want to dilute all that nutritious deliciousness.

followed by the pureed acai berries, organic raspberries, bananas, and yogurt, of course. Since collagen powder complements vitamin C so nicely, I also added a scoop to the mixture.

These little purple berries also contain powerful antioxidants known as polyphenols in addition to vitamin C. In addition to giving them their stunning dark purple hue, polyphenols assist a healthy heart by encouraging good circulation.

I already know that the best way for me to receive the vitamins, minerals, and plant nutrients I require is to eat a range of vibrant fruits and vegetables. BUT occasionally—no, frequently—I just don’t. I made the decision to top the acai smoothie bowl with a lot of juicy blueberries because I don’t consume enough purple and blue fruits.

I also included a few raspberries, a handful of granola with almonds, raw coconut, chia, and sunflower seeds. Everything I eat must have a crunchy component since I’m one of those strange individuals who has texture difficulties with food (except cake, but we’re not talking about cake today).

Top suggestions:

Granola, coconut, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, dragon fruit, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, nut butter, creamy honey, chia seeds, hemp hearts, sunflower seeds, goji berries, and whatever else YOU want!

Pour Welch’s 100% grape juice into the blender’s pitcher.
Banana, raspberries, yogurt, frozen acai packets, ice, and collagen powder should all be added.
Blend until uniform.
Pour into a bowl and top with your preferred garnishes!
Maintain cleanliness: Before slicing the acai package open, crush it with the heel of the chef’s knife. It makes it simpler on your blender and keeps your fingertips cleaner!
